Refund and Cancellation

At FEBRUSH, we aim to provide you with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.

  • To request cancellation, please email us at support@febrush.in or contact our customer care team with your order details.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for orders that are successfully cancelled within the allowed period or for products returned as per our Return Policy.

  • All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the product passes our quality check.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of prepaid orders where the delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for return/exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items on sale, discounted items, or intimate wear (e.g., bodysuits, lingerie) are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • If you request an exchange, it is subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Product is returned without original packaging/tags.

  • Product is used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Return/exchange request raised beyond the allowed 7-day period.
